**Position Summary:**

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads and sales.

• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media including display, retargeting, content syndication, social.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and engaging digital content across various platforms including GA4, 6sense, Pardot and HubSpot.

• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors as needed.

• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**What You Bring to the Role:**

• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies.

• Experience with audience segmentation and developing unique messaging for different audiences. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Effectively manage and refine all digital ROI and KPI goals and monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.

• The ability to produce executive level reports and presentations on a routine basis.
