**Job responsibilities**
+ Leads technology and process implementations to build out a data platform that will serve the needs of Asset Management's Client and Fund Reporting
+ Drive refinement of the data platform's architecture and contribute to defining the product roadmap and vision for Client Reporting
+ Oversees decisions that influence teams' resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures
+ Carries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations
+ Delivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains
+ Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams
+ Champions the firm's culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
+ Strong experience in designing and implementing data architectures and platforms including ingestion, storage and distribution of data
+ Strong experience in data modelling and data lake concepts
+ Hands-on experience with data storage technologies such as Redshift, Snowflake, relational databases, or equivalent
+ Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists
+ Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
+ Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager
+ Practical cloud native experience
+ Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence or reporting products such as Qlik, Tableau, Jasper, Crystal, etc
