As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Regional Operations Team in Denver plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by improving the customer and referral marketing efforts to generate qualified leads for the local branch, while providing a five-star customer experience.

As a Branch Brand Ambassador at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by supporting two critical functions in West Shore Home’s marketing and sales processes. First, you will delight customers a nd improve their experience by delivering a gift and checking in on their happiness with the process to encourage improvement on Quality Control Questionnaire surveys to improve organic customer acquisition . Second, you will drive repeat and referral business by asking great questions about prospect future needs, selling the value of our design consultation, and coaching customers on the ease of utilizing our referral rewards program.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

Develop a plan to visit customer job sites each day by reviewing the upcoming installation schedule and planning an efficient route to visit with as many customers as possible.

Visit both current jobs in progress and installation complete jobs to get happy customer photos for soci al media postings.

Travel to 5-6 customer installation job sites daily to meet with the homeowner, discuss their upcoming project needs, and inform them of our referral rewards program.

Utilize sales training and skills to build interest in future projects with the homeowners and schedule appointments on the spot for engaged prospects.

Maintain a fun, enthusiastic attitude in all customer-facing interactions to positively engage new prospects who may become customers.

Coach customers on how to take advantage of the referral rewards program while on the job site by showing them how to share their referral code to generate rewards.

Organize customer experience gifts to deliver to customers on each site visit.

What It Takes to Succeed

At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:

High school diploma or equivalent required .

Previous experience or a desire to learn field marketing or sales role.

Fun, high-energy, enthusiastic attitude in all customer-facing interactions.

Proficiency with mobile technology (cell phone, iPad).

Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

The Brand Ambassador must be obsessed with the customer experience. This will include face-to-face marketing efforts that will engage new prospects and current/past customers to generate referral and repeat business for the Company. It starts with visiting customers and delighting them with a small gift at their installation. The role must take Extreme Ownership of the process by planning out each day and preparing for the approach to customer and prospect interactions. This involves refining presentations for customers and preparing for the questions and scenarios which may be encountered to get the result of a scheduled appointment or a referral. The Branch Brand Ambassador will prepare gifts and deliver them to customers at multiple install job site visits each day. In meeting with the customer, the Branch Brand Ambassador will talk about their happiness with the process and invite the discussion around a potential next project. If the customer has a need, the role will seek to build value in scheduling an appointment to get more information and schedule a new appointment with the customer on the spot. If the customer is happy, but not interested in another project, the Branch Brand Ambassador will guide them through the rewards program and demonstrate how easy it is to gain rewards through sharing more about their experience with friends and family. With each visit, the role will learn more about the types of interactions which can be expected and will Get Better Every Day by tailoring the approach to improve and get a result with each visit.
