Construction Project Manager

$65,000 - $80,000

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of construction terms, estimating, scheduling, and skilled in reading and understanding construction documents.

Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations.

Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades.

Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items.

Track project progress, provide daily updates, and address delays with leadership.

This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites.

Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes.

Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship.
