Accounts Receivable Specialist
RMF Engineering, a medium sized consulting firm is accepting resumes from experienced accounting professionals with a minimum of two to three years of practical accounting experience in accounts receivables.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts receivable transactions
Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Prepare cash receipts for processing
Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
Manage collection efforts and associated functions
Working with project managers and accountants on various projects.
Must have the ability to make accurate, independent decisions, possess a positive attitude, and meet deadlines.
Professional service contracts administration experience is desirable.
Must have experience with MS Excel.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze large sets of data
High degree of familiarity with accounts receivable functions
