A law firm is seeking a Litigation Defense Associate Attorney for their Fort Worth, TX office.
Job Overview: Provide defense in civil litigation cases, specializing in personal injury defense and transportation matters.
Deliver excellent client service with a focus on efficiency and timeliness.
Duties: Handle personal injury defense and transportation litigation matters.
Provide high-quality client service within specified deadlines.
Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-experts.
Solve problems with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with team members and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
Requirements: 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury defense and transportation litigation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Licensed to practice law in the S and good standing.
Ability to occasionally travel locally and statewide.
Education & Certifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
Skills: Proficiency in civil litigation procedures.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in legal research and writing.
