**Responsibilities**
+ Set tables and buffet areas for service
+ Accommodate all guests and addresses inquiries
+ Replenish buffet food, refill beverages, remove dirty dishes from tables
+ Assist in additional tasks to help facilitate a smooth and efficient service
+ Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ 18 years or older
+ Customer service oriented, positive attitude, an openness to learn, and desire to contribute to a team
+ Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced environment
+ Very organized with a strong attention to detail and effective communication
+ Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
+ Available for part-time, on-call events that include nights, weekends, and holidays
+ Basic math skills to accurately account for cash and inventory
+ No high school diploma or GED required
**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up.
+ Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
+ Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment.
+ Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
+ Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders
