Capture Manager Strategic Teaming Lead The Opportunity:

Join as a leader in Strategic Growth Team to build and grow the sector's market assessment, capture, and proposal delivery ofFederal-Civilianprograms, managing complex and diverse relationships with clients, teammates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Translate comprehension of current and future challenges facing a diverse set of Federal-Civilian Cyber, IT Ops and Cloud Ops missions into business development initiatives.

Provide capture leadership, driving comprehensive solutions to our clients' toughest challenges. Lead strategic and tactical teaming across all top Sector-level pursuits, institutionalizing the process, artifacts and best practices. Asist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing teaming agreements and arrangements to mitigating risks and optimizing effective, collaborative relationships. Inspire, motivate, and develop diverse high-energy teams to excel through all phases of the capture process.

You Have:

-10+ years of experience with leading large or strategic capture initiatives including Fed-Civ, or DoD and IC

-Experience in e nga ging with and operating at the senior executive levels with industry and Federal Civilian government clients

-Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and acquisition practices in the Federal Civilian market space

- Secret clearance

-Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with acquisitions and solutions in the Federal Civilian information te chn ology, cybersecurity, and cloud mission or market areas

-Experience with a Shipley foundation in capture or business development practices preferred

-Bachelor's degree in a communications, engineering, or te chn ical field preferred

-Acquisition Training certifications preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
