The selected candidate must be local to the DC metro area
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in management consulting
Experience supporting the planning, managing, and executing projects in support of federal agencies
Employee relationship skills
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
Ability to obtain a public trust
Responsibilities You will work closely with and support FDA agency clients in the planning and implementation of major strategic and organizational transformation initiatives
You will collaborate with client leadership to set expectations for deliverables, shape work product development, and ensure quality delivery from our analyst staff in addition to supporting performance management and continuous process improvement for our clients
Performs day-to-day management of contract support operations
Demonstrates skills in the scope of work encompassed by the task order; provides technical guidance to the project team in performance of the work and reviews the quality of all work products
Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities
Maintains and manages the client interface at the COR levels of the client organization
Assists the Program Manager as required in managing contract performance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
