You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

+ SAP S/4HANA Technology expert to help lead SAP technology roadmaps at clients, covering topics like upgrade strategy, RISE, BTP, data archiving strategy, integration strategy and instance strategy.

+ Plan and conduct workshops for above topics with messages resonating for both IT and business.

+ Quickly understand clients application landscape of SAP and non-SAP applications, what role they play and how they are connected.

+ Help define the to-be architecture, instance strategy and roadmaps.

+ Be part of Blueprint/Phase 0 projects and/or SAP implementations

+ Build relationships with your clients to help Accenture become the go-to partner for SAP data integration and interfaces

+ Communicating effectively with project team members at different technical knowledge levels and often remotely across diverse geographical location

Travel to clients offices may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

+ Minimum of 5 years experience as a Technology Lead for large SAP ERP solutions.

+ Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP S/4HANA Architecture and Technology.

+ Minimum of 2 years experience in one of the following areas: SAP BTP, Data Archiving strategy, instance strategy, integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications.

+ At least 1 SAP RISE project experience

+ At least 1 SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
