Role description
We are seeking a creative, highly motivated, and innovative Growth Strategist and manager to oversee and drive meteoric success for our brand.
This is a full-time, Growth Strategist & Operation Manager for a Creator-Led Apparel Brand.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the Brand Strategy, developing and implementing supply chain, and E-commerce strategy. The candidate should be passionate about Clothing, e-commerce and be eager to join a dynamic and creative team committed to creating quality content and engaging audiences.
You are a growth specialist on TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify
Qualifications
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Direct TikTok advertising experience, GMV Max experience
Oversee merchandising, promotions, product listing for the e-Shops storefront to maximize sales
Stay up-to-date on TikTok /Shopify shopping features and trends to identify new opportunities
Track KPIs and prepare reports on growth, engagement, and sales
Build annual goals, growth projections, marketing needs, and inventory forecasts to fuel growth on TikTok Shop
Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations teams
Leadership / Entrepreneur mindset
Solid experience in Apparel + E-commerce + Digital Marketing
Deep understanding of the fashion and merchandising industry
Experience and knowledge in online marketing strategies and tactics
Experience and knowledge in developing a clothing brand
Experience in leading/managing a team
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
results-driven, creative, and possess a willingness to learn
