Scope of Work:
Provide application support for WPI corporate application portfolio.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Design, configure, develop, implement, test, and maintain JD Edwards applications.
Must have working experience in JDE Modules – Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Customize existing JD Edwards applications to enhance functionality.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to JD Edwards development and support activities.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications: 5 -7 years of experience in JD Edwards development and Functional support.
Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.6 (Release 22 or higher), with expertise in Supply Chain Management, and Financials.
Experience with JD Edwards development tools including OMW, RDA, FDA, BI Publisher, Orchestration, SQL.
BS/BA degree in computer science or related field or equivalent professional and technical knowledge acquired through work
Must have technical knowledge in SQL Query and XML
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Worked extensively on Upgrades, Migrations, and 3rd party integrations.
Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong analytical skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to create high-quality written documentation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery oriented, collaborative environment.
Must have prior application support knowledge
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, V Lookup)
Equip IQ knowledge and skills preferred
Understanding and technical knowledge of Vertex
Strong analytical/problem solving skills and customer service skills
Strong customer facing skills, team playing capabilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8m. to 5 p.m. (Nights and weekends when necessary)
Hybrid work schedule eligibility
Some travel may be required, with overnight stay
Sitting; occasional bending or kneeling; lift and carry a maximum 30 Lbs., reach overhead for lightweight items
