As a Manager, Restaurant Operations you will have the unique opportunity to develop and scale the Sharebite platform and change the way people think about corporate food delivery in some of our fastest growing markets. You will lead a team of smart and passionate Account Managers and you will be responsible for implementing guidelines, setting strategy, ensuring all team members understand key objectives and overseeing results driven execution. This role is ideal for someone who is obsessed not only about the big picture but also about improving and iterating on processes to reach operational excellence and deliver an exemplary user experience. We are looking for someone who has that mix of incredible operational prowess to get great work done as well as the innovation and creative thinking to develop outside the box solutions, combined with the emotional intelligence required to lead in a fast paced business and inspire a growing team. * Define critical metrics and develop dashboards to track business performance; report findings to senior leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making
* Bring bold ideas to the table, whether that be testing new initiatives or building new features to improve the restaurant partner experience
* Develop business cases, prioritization frameworks, implementation plans for scalable solutions that improve business problems touching many sides of the business
* Implement a KPI & OKR centric team culture to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks and initiatives
* Scale the account management function. Help design process, structure, and tools to effectively grow account management and bring learnings and best practices to all Sharebite restaurant partners
* Work with team leaders aligned to other territories, sharing work and scaling processes where applicable to minimize any duplication
* Collaborate with team members across sales, customer success, client management to develop, prioritize and align on key initiatives to ensure the best experience for all sides of the marketplace involved in the partnership.
* At least 3-5 years of professional experience. Ideally, you have previous operations management or strategy experience and a track record of outperforming metrics-based business goals
* Track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
* Confident in making data-led decisions and using sound business judgment
* Experience in designing, building and executing go to market programs at scale
* Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution
