Corporate Marketing Associate – Main Office in Baltimore, MD (hybrid schedules available with 3 days in the office required)
The Marketing Associate assumes the critical responsibility of safeguarding brand integrity through the development, support, and meticulous management of marketing initiatives. This multifaceted role encompasses a wide array of duties, including oversight of various company portals, crafting culturally resonant social media engagement campaigns, managing diverse social media platforms, and fostering collaborative relationships with various departments.
Content Creation
Conduct vigilant monitoring, auditing, and timely updates of social media platforms to reflect the company's evolving culture. This includes ensuring prompt image and video link updates for Glassdoor, Indeed, Facebook/Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, among others.
Curate engaging content for social media platforms, spanning community events, team member engagements, conference highlights, celebratory moments, company updates, industry certifications, site team accomplishments, and promotional activities.
Strategically develop bi-monthly engagement campaigns to foster meaningful company-wide interactions across social media platforms.
Maintain and refine the Editorial Calendar, ensuring a well-planned and timely posting schedule for upcoming content.
Actively manage account security, setup, and troubleshooting for all Facebook and Instagram profiles, including those related to acquisitions and dispositions.
Ensure robust two-factor authentication across all social platforms, communities, and lifestyle centers.
Scrutinize social media and Google My Business (GMB) platforms meticulously during acquisitions/dispositions, facilitating smooth transitions.
Marketing Administration
Update and meticulously maintain the Marketing Portal, serving as a central hub for critical marketing information.
Skillfully manage resident and prospect email campaigns, notifications, and alerts with a keen eye for detail and effectiveness.
Maintain the tour scheduler calendar with precision, including updates for holidays and office closures to ensure seamless operations.
Organize CRC Google photos systematically, creating albums and tagging team members for efficient retrieval and use.
Conduct regular audits of ILS feed connections within SiteManager to optimize marketing reach and effectiveness.
Oversee the CR Dollar Database with precision, managing approvals, invoice preparation, and offboarding processes meticulously.
Update the SOP database relevant to the position's responsibilities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Assist in the maintenance and editing of Multifamily websites, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
Provide backup approval for design templates via PrintUI.com and orders in the Brand Promotion Portal, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in production of graphic designs tailored to internal company culture-related needs.
Assist in development and maintaining compelling marketing materials for CRU (courses, brochures, Yearbook, and routine class offerings).
Expertly manage and create graphics for CRTV (corporate and multifamily) initiatives.
Ensure creation of captivating graphics for social media campaigns, encompassing post images, content, and meticulous oversight of the content calendar.
Craft templates for multifamily leasing sales flyers with precision and attention to detail.
Fulfill ad-hoc graphic design requests as needed, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity.
Collaborate seamlessly with marketing team members on all aspects of branding, fostering a cohesive and unified brand identity.
Provide thoughtful feedback for necessary changes and enhancements to continually meet and exceed departmental goals.
Offer meticulous proofing and editing support for all marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
Maintain a vigilant presence over the Marketing email address, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Uphold meticulous expense reporting practices, for efficient management of marketing budgets.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events as required, contributing to a vibrant and engaging company culture.
Fulfill other assigned duties with the same dedication to excellence and professionalism.
Qualifications / Skills

Education and Experience Requirements
3-5 years of experience in marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
Experience Plus
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom
