We understand that the client experience begins with us, and we’re committed to empowering our employees to continually innovate our services to earn clients for life.About the RoleAs the Coordinator, Digital Reporting, you’ll carry the administrative and operational load for the Digital Reporting team so that Area Digital Reporter Managers (ADRMs) can focus on coaching, quality, and performance management. You’ll keep Digital Reporter records, systems, credentials, equipment, and communications accurate, current, and aligned with Esquire’s standards and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate onboarding and account setup for new Digital Reporters, including SPP, Box, and eLitigate.com access, onboarding plans, and welcome communicationsComplete vendor setup tasks, collect signatures, and maintain accurate vendor and ZIP code recordsOrder, track, receive, and ship equipment and supplies, and maintain inventory counts and reorder pointsSupport Academy enrollment and apprenticeship tracking, including activity reports, Confluence acknowledgments, and daily RV availability updatesCoordinate AAERT membership, notary applications, and certification renewals, sending reminders ahead of expirationPull, reconcile, and distribute onboarding and performance reports, and log and escalate returned jobs and system errorsRespond to Digital Reporter and ADRM inquiries and maintain audit-ready onboarding, equipment, and credentialing documentationWhat You’ll NeedSkills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, shift priorities, and manage a high volume of administrative requestsExperience: Minimum of one year of administrative, operations, or vendor coordination experience required, three years preferred; legal services industry experience is a plusTechnical: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to learn platforms such as NetSuite, Box, Confluence, Canvas, SPP, and DOMOEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience or a college degree preferredPersonal Attributes: Detail-oriented and service-minded, with the ability to work under pressure and take direction from more than one supervisorOther Requirements: Knowledge of court procedures, legal documents, and legal terminology is preferredWhat Success Looks LikeTimely, accurate onboarding tasks and vendor record updatesOn-time tracking and completion of certification, notary, and AAERT membership renewalsFast, reliable response to ADRM and Digital Reporter requests, with equipment and supplies fulfilled accurately and on timeWork EnvironmentThis is a remote position performed from a dedicated home workspace with reliable internet connectivity. You’ll spend much of your day at a computer, with occasional lifting and moving of equipment (up to 30 pounds) and periodic onsite presence as needed.
