Position Summary
Sony Corporation of America (SCA)is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Management, to support the launch of a new business incubated within SCA. In this role, you will be responsible for building an account management team, developing account management strategies and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for scale, growth, and improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute account management strategies for all business segments to achieve revenue goals
Build and lead a high-performing account management team
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Develops executive-level relationships with strategic functions within each client to understand and react to each client's strategic needs.
Manages and mentors' Account Management team to ensure renewal strategies, relationship development and client management is efficient and optimal
Develop and manage customer retention and growth programs and initiatives
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics, providing recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement customer training programs to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Manage the account management budget and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Work closely with executive leadership to provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall customer experience and drive growth
Qualifications For Position
Your qualifications and experience should include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or related fields in a startup environment
Proven track record of driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth in a startup environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of customers data
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM software, account management tools, and other customer-related technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Annual incentive bonus
The target base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
