Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services, supervising clinicians pursuing licensure, clinical team management, and other administrative and clinical duties. This role is primarily located in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
5 years of fully licensed clinical experience preferred but not required
Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
Experience in Mental Health and Psychology
Experience with Counseling Supervision
Expertise in Relationship Counseling
Experience and training in Sex Therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to Multicultural and Intersectional competence
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent
Master's degree in Counseling or related field
