ARCO/Murray is currently seeking a highly motivated Early Talent Manager to join our team in Dallas. The ideal Early Talent Manager will have 3-5 years of campus/college recruiting experience, an ability to work with Senior Leadership nationally, and a passion for identifying emerging talent.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Manage ARCO's campus recruitment process nationally which includes fairs, other on-campus events, interviews, hiring and onboarding, and program management
Partner with Senior Leadership and Director of Talent Acquisition to develop new recruitment strategies to hire quality candidates for internship and entry-level positions
Support ARCO's ongoing DE&I recruiting efforts at the campus level
Manage leads within ATS and maintain ongoing relationship with potential candidates
Lead strategy and execution for ARCO's campus ambassador program
Maintain consistent positive flow of communication between candidates and leadership
Guide candidates through interview process
Screen potential candidates by reviewing resumes and conduct initial interviews as required
Prepare communication to Senior Leadership, including reporting various recruiting metrics, ongoing project updates, and Early Talent program executive summaries
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience recruiting university talent, organizing, managing, and strategizing a early talent/campus program of 40+ students
Prior experience using Handshake, iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
Must be extremely organized and self-motivated
Possess a strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
