You Are:

A proven client adviser, excited by solving our clients toughest business challenges with SAP technologies. You lead your clients with a strong point of view that you have constructed with your experience helping fortune 500 clients address the challenges of modernizing and digitizing their enterprises. You possess broad transformation and industry experience, and deep SAP functional skills. You can lead projects and teams and have strong communication, people and executive presence skills that help you build credibility with senior client executives.

The Work:

Use your SAP Finance expertise to decipher clients needs

Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art solutions

Lead delivery of stand-out SAP Finance solutions and position them for long-term success

Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term SAP Financial vision to life

Grow Accentures SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts

Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your teams expertise in SAP Finance capabilities

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business and client requirements

Heres What You Need:

Minimum of 10 years experience in SAP Finance (preferably S4HANA Finance, SAP Accounting and Financial Close and Financial Operations)

Minimum of 4 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture

Minimum of 3 years experience managing Projects and teams of 10+ in a Global Delivery Model

Functional expertise in General Ledger Accounting, Receivables management, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Treasury

Prior experience in a Consulting and/or Advisory role

Bachelors Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below. California: $131,100 to $336,900

Colorado: $131,100 to $291,100

New York: $121,400 to $336,900

Washington: $139,600 to $309,900
