Executive Chef We are seeking an Executive Chef who has a passion for Farm-to-Table Midwest cuisine at its best. Responsibilities and Qualifications: Experience running multiple outlets including banquets, catering, and events
Able to develop and grow the team while retaining talent
Seasonal menu development based on farm and vendor connections and what is in season
Resort or Convention experience
