We are seeking an Executive Chef who has a passion for Farm-to-Table Midwest cuisine at its best. This opportunity gives you the chance to work towards a greater cause and create local vendor and farm connections. If you have overseen multi-restaurant locations, including banquets and events, catering, and brunch, we would love to speak with you!
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Experience running multiple outlets including banquets, catering, and events
Able to develop and grow the team while retaining talent
Seasonal menu development based on farm and vendor connections and what is in season
Resort or Convention experience
