Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist with experience in their role to join our team in Pueblo. In this role, you will assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans to improve their communication and swallowing abilities. You will provide therapy and document progress to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations to assess clients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needsDevelop personalized treatment plans to improve clients' communication and swallowing abilitiesProvide therapy to enhance clients' ability to perform daily activitiesEducate clients and families on exercises and strategies to support communication and swallowingDocument clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
