What you will be doing:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop and own the product (hardware consumer electronics) strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
Define and communicate a clear product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead and inspire team members to achieve product development milestones and deliver exceptional results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, incorporating insights into product planning and improvement.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
Monitor and evaluate product performance, iterating as needed to enhance user experience and meet business goals.
Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with executive leadership to align product initiatives with overall company objectives.
Mentorship and Coaching:
Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance various aspects of their professional skills, including but not limited to problem-solving, decision-making, communication, product & project management, and cross-functional collaboration, fostering their overall growth and development within the company.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience with development of consumer electronics accessories (keyboards, mice, gaming) is preferred.
7+ years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on delivering successful products to market.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The pay range for this position in California is $120,000 - $155,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
