The Facility Services Group specializes in facility solutions, building systems integration, specialized construction, and facility management. Position Description:

The Facility Solutions Associate III role is focused on conducting and delivering process solutions for the delivery and implementation of facility services and operations.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field including engineering, construction, facilities management, or another related field.

Eight (8+) years of experience with construction projects, MEPF coordination, commissioning, systems start up, facility maintenance and operations, or retro commissioning and/or a combination of education and experience.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Detail-oriented.

Advanced knowledge in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Have a valid driver’s license.

Working knowledge of ASHRE standards and codes.

Ability to read and interpret project design documents and submittals.

Ability to make field observations for verification and periodic reporting of construction status regarding MEPF activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Ten (10+) years of experience

Certified in one of the following, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through PMI, Associate Commissioning Professional (ACP) through BCxA.

Tradesman License (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical), Systems Management Certificate (SMC) & Building Energy Certificate (BEC) through BOMA/BOMI Detail-oriented

DAMA-accredited Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Associate

Work with technical and subject matter experts tosupport andprepareprocess documentationin accordance with company guidelines and philosophies.

Developwritten and graphicalmaterials tosupport the documentation of systems and solutions.

Coordinatewithother members of theSolution’sstaff.

Determineprocess basedonknowledge, experience, andcorrespondence with design/engineering firms.

Read and understand plans and specifications.

Researches and collects input from multiple internal and external resources.

Understanding of relationships to the ongoing success of Hensel Phelps.

Other duties as assigned.
