Job Summary
The Poway Unified School District is seeking applications for the 2024-2025 school year. Please note that this is posting is for an ELIGIBILITY POOL only. Requirements / Qualifications
This is an Eligibility Pool only - once positions become available, school sites may contact candidates directly for interviews.
Applicants must submit all required documents to be considered, including a valid teaching credential.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Possession of a valid Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential - Language, Speech, and Hearing
Master's degree or higher in speech language pathology
*Clinical Fellows will be considered and encouraged to apply.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

2. Current copy of transcripts (Official transcripts will be needed at hiring for salary placement). Note that a maximum of 9 years of verified school district (non-agency) SLP experience, will be
granted resulting in placement up to Step 10.
3. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation signed within the last 12 months. It is recommended that at least one (1) come from a supervising administrator.
4. Letter of Intent addressed to Charan Kirpalani, Director of Human Resources

**$1,000 yearly stipend for a full time position and prorated for a less than 100% position. Stipend pays tenthly.
***$500 reimbursement annually for certification and license fees beyond the basic credential.
