Facilitating and overseeing the go/no-go process on pursuit initiatives
Managing the pursuit process for the Houston area, from strategy development through final layout and production
Supporting the sales and operations teams by preparing marketing collateral for meetings and events
Providing input on team member development including training and mentoring
Maintaining brand consistency throughout internal and external communications
Providing social media content and project profiles to the region communications lead
Ordering promotional and apparel items for local team as needed
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role. A/E/C experience strongly preferred
A degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with CRM databases a plus
Attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to communicate effectively with technical/non-marketing staff
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
