Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our video and broadband software solutions to operators in Mexico and Latin America. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing a network of resellers in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales to key operators, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Mexico and Latin America
Identify and prioritize key operators and potential clients within the region
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at operator companies
Present and demonstrate the value of our video and broadband software solutions to prospective clients
Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve revenue targets
Reseller Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers to expand our market reach
Provide training and support to resellers to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers to maximize sales opportunities
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client and reseller insights
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure client satisfaction and address any technical issues
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives
Personal Attributes
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the video software and broadband industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while selling to key operators in the region
Strong understanding of the video delivery and the broadband operator landscape in Mexico and Latin America
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
