IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in our Seattle, WA office. As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for the overall supervision of assigned projects and will typically be responsible for a large project or a number of small projects with many complex features. The Senior Electrical Engineer may also be responsible for directing a staff of engineers and technicians while also actively bringing work into the firm.

Some key duties and responsibilities include:

Make major decisions of design aspects with little input from senior staff;

Responsible for the complete design plan by discipline for projects of all sizes;

Mentor junior team members, and assign duties to design staff;

Technical aspects in addition to leadership, analyses, quality control, and resolution;

Project management and client relationship building and development.

Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

Leadership attributes with the ability to communicate clearly both orally and written;

Mastery of the technical aspects of one's discipline;

Demonstrated aptitude to design/manage major projects;

Ability to perform final quality control checks in the area of expertise.

Education and experience requirements are:

Bachelor's degree (Science);

A minimum of 7 years of qualifying experience; 8 preferred;

Professional Engineer license;

This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Salary Range: $110,000- $150,000. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options. In addition, IMEG Corp. provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
