**Job Description**
This position will be responsible for responding to requests for recovery of property when threatened by natural or manmade disasters.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Review scale of disaster and determine best means forward to resolve issues.
Work to assess vendor needs and source/contact those needed to resolve.
Work with customer(s) to explain needs of the team and work together to create a work plan and timeline.
Monitor budget and ensure all work is done within determined parameters.
Analyze and problem solve various trade issues as recovery is underway.
Work closely with subcontractors to determine course of action, materials required, staffing needs, timeline, and budget requirements.
Document and report all issue to avoid recurrence of defects or service issues.
Communicate clearly and proactively to teammates to ensure timely completion of duties.
Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Must have valid and clear drivers license.
INDHP
**Qualifications**
Previous recovery experience preferred.
IICRC certification preferred.
Relevant experience in retail facilities/construction recovery efforts.
