Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:

+ Streamlining policies, practices, and processes, while transforming the finance organization to be more effective in managing finances;

+ Aligning finance strategy and people strategies with business strategies;

+ Supporting Workday Finance Record to Report module function as applicable;

+ Illustrating Business processes related to Workday;

+ Configuring the Workday Finance Record to Report module including associated business processes, employee review templates, custom reporting, and configurable security;

+ Operating specialist domain knowledge for Workday Finance Record to Report to the business and Level 2 Support Groups; and Level 3 specialist for challenging incidents that cannot be resolved at Level 2;

+ Producing deliverables through collaborating effectively across teams, and multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;

+ Supporting Global Process Owners and Centres of Excellence within the business on proposed changes being requested by the network, either due to regulatory reasons or as a result of Workday Releases;

+ Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes;

+ Participating in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;

+ Preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;

+ Creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

+ Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,

+ Providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback skills.
