Our vision is to pioneer the next generation of content creators in the gaming industry - and we hope you will join us Picture Yourself on the Team As a Full-time Marketing Coordinator at Oni Studios, you'll work closely with some of the largest online entertainment personalities and brands in the world to help them interact with diverse audiences in the millions. In this role, your main objective is to ensure the successful execution of multiple different campaigns and sponsorship deliverables. Balancing quality and brand goals will become your guiding factors Driving performance for these branded campaigns will rely on your ability to turn established strategy ideation provided by your Lead into actionable tasks - making use of your exceptional copywriting skills, superior communication skills, and impressive knowledge of the space. In other words, you make the magic happen by bringing the campaigns to life As you become familiar with our clients' and sponsors' voices and branding you will build deeper relationships and understandings - allowing you to take on unique sponsorship deliverables and contribute to campaign brainstorming . You are a strong communicator, who feels comfortable working across departments, organizations and more to execute campaigns. If something needs to get done - you're on it No task is too small or too big Primary Functions Turn campaign ideations from the Lead into actionable deliverables. Ensure deliverables are completed and implemented with a high degree of quality and are aligned with brand goals to drive campaign performance across various platforms and brands. Assist the Lead in the development of creative strategies and brainstorming sessions. Provide input on process and deliverables to ensure campaign success. Keep Asana boards, briefs, and calendars meticulously up to date and organized. Carefully track timelines and progressions for multiple campaigns. Maintain prompt verbal and written communication with all internal and external stakeholders. Provide direction and hold internal members accountable for completing their duties related to providing you with assets for social media, livestreams and other marketing deliverables . Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance - assist the Lead in brainstorming strategy and provide input on how to best perform assigned deliverables. Produce, schedule , and publish high-quality written copy, in brand specific voice, intended to satisfy sponsorship deliverables on various social media platforms. Take ownership of content published on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok , Facebook, and other social channels. Fulfill internal talent deliverables - such as writing non-sponsored copy, scripts , coordinating talent headshots, and communicating internal campaign needs to talent and their teams. Be a brand ambassador for Oni Studios and its talent. Foster an ongoing relationship with sponsorship-clients through strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills. Continuously conduct market research on trends, emerging talent, customer preferences, potential new sponsorship-clients, and our presence on social media channels. Use Google Suite and Microsoft Suite applications to prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for review by boards of directors, sponsorship clients, and talent. Execute all sponsorship-client facing and requested ad-hoc duties to best support the team and sponsorship-clients. Your Past Accomplishments Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Sponsorship Coordinator, Client Coordinator, or similar roles while managing various digital projects simultaneously. MUST have prior experience in Esports, content creation, or influencer marketing roles. Applicants without this prior experience will not be considered. Experience in Customer Service, Project Management, and Administrative roles is a huge bonus Experience guiding successful collaboration between cross-departmental teams, diverse sponsors, and campaign stakeholders. Strong understanding of Project Management suites, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and DropBox. Please Note: This position will require you to be on call, work extended hours, and on alternating weekends. Oni Studios will strive to keep the schedule steady and provide notice of schedule changes as far in advance as possible. Flexibility is a requirement of this position.
