About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Access to champion the critical mission of ensuring equitable and timely access to care. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous quality improvement in access processes, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows, and leading the Access Committee. This role also involves managing the Access department, streamlining Medicaid enrollment, overseeing insurance verification, and enhancing Electronic Health Record (EHR) functionality. The VP will provide strategic direction to the call center and front desk operations, with a strong emphasis on customer service and efficient processes.Applicants must have a Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in quality improvement, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining and refining access workflows, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The VP will also collaborate with HR and Marketing to enhance recruitment, retention, and community engagement. Experience in client Medicaid enrollment, insurance verification, and EHR management is essential. The position demands a leader who can foster a culture of excellence, manage a multidisciplinary team, and is adept at integrating cutting-edge technology to improve access to care.
