We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience, from sourcing top talent and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Our recruiting team is a key partner in sourcing and retaining great talent, while providing an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process, including candidate screening and selection, interviewing, hiring team interaction, communication, offer extension and closing the candidate.
Partner with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs and the specific opening. Obtain feedback from hiring team.
Continuously identify candidates using all sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media networks, database searching, research from industry newsletters, industry events, referrals, internal opportunities, etc.
Communicate effectively with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Communicate with candidates to provide informative and timely updates on application status.
Utilize online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify great talent and comply with federal contractor requirements.
Collaborate on projects with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas.
Qualifications:
3 years of recruiting experience including full life cycle, research, and sourcing.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting or other applicant tracking solution.
Financial services or technology industry experience preferred.
