Duties:

Requirements:
5-8 years of experience as a patent attorney.
Registration to practice before the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
Education:
An undergraduate degree in life sciences such as molecular biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, organic chemistry, or immunology.
Advanced degrees (e.g., MS, PhD, JD) are preferred.
Certifications:
USPTO registration (required).
Skills:
Strong understanding of biotechnology and life sciences.
Excellent drafting and prosecution skills for patent applications.
Ability to conduct thorough patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
Competence in IP due diligence for various business transactions.
