What you’ll be doing... Responsible for addressing how the Value Team competes in the marketplace and/or the ways in which the company can achieve its objectives within a particular business or business unit (e.g., strategic decisions regarding competitive advantage, customer satisfaction, cost leadership).

Contributing to business growth by identifying and prioritizing potential business opportunities and evaluating potential investments, strategic partnerships, and/or M&A activities.

Developing and managing plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals for assigned business organizations.

Assisting with simulation and outcome models aligned to our market and against competitive analysis.

Analyzing risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and providing input on operational or enterprise risks for an organization.

Conducting financial modeling by performing what-if scenarios to better provide answers and understanding of the impact of each financial decision or investments.

Integrating data from multiple sources into timely, accessible, and relevant reports, ensuring data quality and reliability.

Supporting the product team with decisions related to new concepts based on data analytics.

Monitoring performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience.

Developing and recommending data reporting and analytics strategy.

Conducting large-scale data analyses and provide results and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Where you’ll be working… In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What we’re looking for... You’ll need to have:

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools

Data Analytics Experience.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Looker.

Experience utilizing query tools such as SQL.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

Experience with Data Warehousing.

Experience with ETL Tools (Knime, Talend, SSIS, etc).

Data Mining experience.

Data Modeling experience.

Data Science background.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $95,000.00 and $193,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
