Information Technology Support Engineer

Location (city, state): San Francisco, CA - 5 days onsite

Compensation: $95k - 105k

Senior IT Support Specialist with expertise in Tier 2/3 support, systems administration, enterprise AI platforms, and IT operations. Supports Windows/macOS environments, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management. Leads escalations, onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle management, process improvements, and cross-functional IT projects while delivering an exceptional employee support experience. Five+ years of IT support experience required.

Must Haves:

5+ years of progressive IT Support experience in a corporate environment

Comfortable with Macs and Imaging Laptops (using JAMF although they are moving away from JAMF)

Strong support experience with Google Suite and Zoom

Experienced onboarding/offboarding users

Dynamic personality – can work well under pressure

Bachelor's Degree

Proven

Certifications (CompTIA A+, Google, or similar)
