We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join us and help bring this vision to life. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and is able to clearly define a problem, document a solution, and deliver that solution in a maintainable manner.

The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000-$137,000 USD per year + equity. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.

This role is required to be in our San Francisco office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

On-site role working closely with more senior engineers

Maintain/improve existing designs

Capable of executing simpler schematic and layout designs under technical supervision

Troubleshoot board-level issues

Contribute to new product development

Produce industry-standard documentation

Support teams with prototyping & troubleshooting

Desired Qualification

BS in Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum 2 years industry experience (no applications short of this will be considered)

Experience with low power embedded systems; WiFi/BLE a PLUS

Experience with schematic capture & board layout in Altium

Comfortable with a hands-on, rapid prototyping environment

Must have a strong understanding of basics such as communications protocols, power and signal conditioning, microcontroller, analog/digital circuit design

Strong board-level troubleshooting skills
