Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching as needed.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Sales and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and management abilities
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or powersports industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking systems
Knowledge of the UTV and powersports market is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Maintain relationship with old dealer also explore new dealer
