•Identify and then implement communication strategies with Business Units to support the Transformation
•Partner with BU Change Managers in the implementation Comms strategy and support them as needed
•Provide change communications best practices to help corporate communications and transformation programs create engaging and compelling messages and assist in development if necessary

•Comfortable influencing and collaborating at all levels of an organization
•Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communications and communication strategies
