This organization is highly regarded for empowering education throughout the local community and nationally, focusing on expanding its impact—an excellent opportunity for a leader who will drive the mission of advocacy and education empowerment.
VP of Program Development Requirements – Do you have the following:
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of combined related experience and education.
Advanced degree in Education, Curriculum Development or equivalent –
5+ years of management experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish –
Effective leader capable of motivating and managing multiple teams.
Polished written/ verbal communication and influencing skills.
The aptitude to engage with stakeholders, forums, advisory groups, corporate sponsors, and foundations.
Understanding of research methodology such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, Critical Pedagogy, Constructivism in Educational Theory, and English Learner.

Collaborates with the Program Development Leader on implementing programs.
Recognizes opportunities to maximize the organization’s impact nationally.
Manage the budget and financial delivery of the organization’s program.
Demonstrate proficiency in curriculum development and dedication to high-quality programs.
Leads and supports a cohesive team ensuring continuous quality program improvements.
Effectively convey feedback on education equity and curriculum frameworks.
