Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Work Environment
The role is based in a 250,000 square foot facility on the SW side of Indianapolis, featuring a clean and comfortable manufacturing setting, not typical in the automotive industry. It's not very loud, maintains good temperature, and offers spacious equipment layout. The position is office-adjacent to the production floor, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere with engineering, purchasing, and management. The facility includes various departments such as shipping, packaging, forming, welding, and more. The role is full-time, on-site with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Safety equipment is provided, with the requirement for personal steel-toed boots.
