Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, and cohesiveness, with our target audiences.

Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Work closely with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Lead the design and publishing of all project proposals from intake to delivery.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, brand positioning, and target audience insights.

Manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, ensuring they are in line with brand voice and objectives.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute brand and marketing programs.

Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Champion Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, Inclusion & Equity (DE&I) initiatives internally and externally.

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the marketing department.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or equivalent working experience

8 + years experience in marketing, with 4 + years in a brand management or director-level role.

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team.

Self-starter, hands-on approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and branding strategies.
