Program Integrator - TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

Job Description Job Description RBR-Technologies is seeking a Project Integrator to support one of our customers in Maryland. This position can be hired at levels 1-3 and will be based upon experience (see requirements below).
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Integrator shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio.
Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative.
Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to Investment Portfolio (IP) actions and producing execution reports.
Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies.
Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.
REQUIREMENTS
Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required to be considered
Years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management that meets one of the following labor categories: Level 1: Four years of experience
Level 2: Eight years of experience
Level 3: Twelve years of experience
Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience may be substituted. In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience may be substituted.
Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred
Background in identification and collection of Minimum Acquisition Requirements
Background in market research and market surveys
Background in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management
Background in developing Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) justifications for other than full and open competition
Background in writing requirements documents to include Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Technical Task Orders (Completion and LOE), Labor Categories, and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
Background in documenting source selection plans and proposal requirements including writing Source Selection Plans (SSPs), Proposal Preparation Instructions (PPIs), and Proposal Evaluation Criteria (PECs)
Background in the interpretation and tailoring of DOD/IC acquisition regulations/memorandums to ensure affordable, supportable, and effective systems are delivered to the customer.
Background in using FACTS and CMIS
