Develop and maintain operational reporting for Home Office and Field teams
Create recurring and ad hoc Power BI reports for Home Office and Field teams
Collaborate with experienced operations professionals on projects supporting TJX strategy
Perform independent analysis projects
Create and present projects, reports, and communications for Senior Management
Requirements
Current juniors
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or Economics; other majors may be considered
Genuine interest in a Data and Analytics career
Must be available full-time from January-June 2027
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually
Experience working with numbers
High level of curiosity
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
