At Keros, our mission is to deliver significant clinical benefit to a wide range of patients with disorders that are linked to dysfunctional signaling of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-) family of proteins. Job Summary:

As a Co-op student in Analytical Development, you will participate in assay development activities to support the development of analytical methods and characterization of Fc-fusion molecules.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform development, optimization and testing for ELISA, cell-based assays and various separation methods (chromatographic and electrophoretic)
• Help with routine activities such as cell culture for potency assay development
• Perform recombinant protein analytical testing in the lab, data analysis and document results in electronic laboratory notebook
• Summarize and present the progress of your work
• Participate in laboratory organization activities such as ordering and receipt of reagents and samples

Qualifications:

• In a Bachelor's degree program or higher in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or related field at an accredited college or university
• Prior internship or co-op experience in a similar laboratory position preferred

Potential base pay range

$28 - $32 USD
