Retirement planning is encouraged through our 403(b) plan that includes a generous 100% company match on the first 4% of earnings an employee contributes. There is a 5-year vesting schedule on the company match, and minors are ineligible for the company match

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic care and support services under the direction of licensed nursing staff to meet and exceed the needs and comfort of residents within a skilled nursing setting.
What you'll do Care for residents by monitoring health status, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, assisting with mobility, and serving meals and snacks
Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
Document and record resident observations and health-related information in electronic systems
Communicate resident observations and health-related information to others member of the care team including coworkers, supervisors, third-party providers, and families
Learn and apply Company, Federal, State, and local rules, regulations, and policies
What you'll need Active Nursing Assistant certification inWashington State
Washington State Food Worker Card within 14 daysof hire
CPR and First Aid certification within 30 daysof hire
