Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a deep commitment to our mission, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and development
Oversee the day-to-day operations of programs, including budget management, grant reporting, and compliance
Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners to ensure program effectiveness and impact
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and program participants
Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
Stay informed about trends and best practices in the field of conservation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 3 years of experience in program management or a related field
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Compensation:
