Territory Sales Manager - Minneapolis

Job Description: Likewize is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the client’s business and associated needs to a significant depth, to best support the growth and efficiency of Likewize products and services. You will be working remotely and servicing clients in this territory. Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: Guiding the development of programs, training, sales tools, scripts and plans to enable the Likewize to optimize and maximize revenue growth.
Has an in-depth understanding of the client’s functionality and Likewize financial and operational considerations; utilizes sound business decision-making in correctly balancing and responding to the interests of both parties.
Should be able to gain a deep understanding of the entire suite of the client programs/initiatives and the client’s process/functions supported by their solutions.
Analyzes market statistics, customer information, and competitor data/services to formulate effective sales strategies.
Performs duties in a manner consistent with the vision, mission, and guiding cultures of Likewize
This position is an exempt position. Exempt employees are expected to give full professional attention to their work and to be normally available during business hours, including working any hours necessary to perform the duties of the job. This position may require employees to work evenings, weekends, occasional holidays and to travel.
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience: Demonstrated track record of relevant achievement working within the telecom and or gaming industries (preferred).
Proven experience in building and leveraging customer and client relationships to cultivate a successful sales partnership to cultivate collaboration and growth.
Must demonstrate the ability for meeting monthly metrics, attach rate goals and deadlines because this is a goal/performance driven position.
A solid track record of accomplishments in account sales and/or account management.
Must be able to travel 50% as required to form relationships with this account.
Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ad hoc reporting software
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or 2 years’ experience managing clients or businesses preferred.
