Senior Lead Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Perform high-level maintenance tasks including high voltage work, stick welding, and precision measuring instrument usage
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing maintenance issues promptly
- Utilize industrial electrician skills to maintain machinery and equipment
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to ensure equipment functionality
- Manage industrial maintenance projects efficiently
- Handle HVAC system maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on high voltage systems
- Proficiency in stick welding and precision measuring instruments
- Strong leadership skills to lead a team effectively
- Excellent customer service abilities to address maintenance concerns professionally
- Knowledge of technical sales processes related to maintenance equipment
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
