We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an immediate opportunity for a Sr. Digital Strategist to join our growing agency!

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience working in social media, in an agency setting or in-house

Solid foundation in driving social media strategy (focus on organic social), marketing, content strategy, in addition to paid social media

Strong understanding of social media measurement, how to tie results back to client and business goals, and how to merchandize results

Strong understanding of how digital and social media fit into the broader marketing mix

Experience overseeing the social media content production process for a brand, managing photoshoots or video shoots in collaboration with a creative team

Strong understanding of social media measurement and how to tie results back to client and business goals

Strong understanding of paid social platform advertising best practices, creative optimization, and paid reporting and metrics

Attendance at special events + activations (virtual and in-person)

Experience managing influencer marketing programs/campaigns

Experience with paid social

Periodical travel for content shoots, events, etc.

5-7 years of experience

Experience managing 2-3 direct reports

Experience and/or passionate about the lifestyle, alcohol, food industry

Bachelor's Degree

SALARY $86,000-105,000

Our Flexible Work Policy:

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.

For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.
